Prices keep going up but the food is great

The food is top notch but the prices are absolutely ridiculous for example a been & cheese is $2.75 which is not acceptable for this reason I found another taco house less than a mile away with even better food and on point pricing! Name is Hacienda Patrón check it out great food and a great price

Fresh salsa, fresh tortillas, fast friendly service and very moderate pricing. I highly recommend the Bee's special platter. Been my favorite since 1998.

Great if you have a two hour lunch. Ordered drinks at 12:05. At 12:25 no drinks or order taken. No sign of waitress. No other help from any employee. Never again.

Had fast and friendly service the chips and salsa were freaking amazing. Food was great well portioned and was completely full with still food on my plate. I had the enchilada dinner and my significant other had flatus or however you spell it and was delicious. Definitely will be returning!

Good Food and decent service only problem is servers make no attempt to speak English.

The food is ok. The wait staff is fine depending on who it is. Some seem to not care about their job. Others go out of their way to help you. We order the same thing every time we go and the price is always different. Don't know why. Carne guisada is not good. It's not bad but there's definitely better around the area.

Went to Bees today during the lunch hour; can't rate food due that we never able to order. We went in sat down wad brought water waited for over 15 minutes no ever took our order. Service-10

We've lived in this area for 18 months, and this is the first time coming here... I wish we had come sooner!!! You can tell how good a Mexican restaurant is going to be when you can smell delicious, homemade smells wafting from building-- Bee's totally delivers on that! We will definitely be back. ❤

I move her in may from Nm and it's been hard for me to find good mexican/Spanish food finally something so good I had the chimichanga with steak so delicious food was served hot service was excellent

Bee's Mexican food is good. But they re use the Salas they put on the table they serve with chips. So do not like double dipped foods.

Great food, courteous staff, great prices. Just a little to crowded with tables and merchandise in the same space.

I don't know what these people are posting but don't let them mislead you I never talk bad about a restaurant but this one take the cake stale bread from the bakery and tortillas are the worst I have ever had you're going to love the uncooked beans stale salad and burnt carne guesida I can believe such a great location and such a horrible experience unreal so go at you own risk but you're been warned will never enter that place again and everyone deserves a second chance but not these guys

Nice neighborhood eatery. Fast, friendly waitstaff. Good lunch specials. Excellent cheese enchiladas.

I checked reviews, people said enchiladas were the best .. I am sorry but they were horrible, best part was the beans, I should of just got a bean and cheese taco and that it. Service a bit slow, being we were the only table left, place close at 3pm , we left l before 2pm.

Great place to stop by. Food is delicious and has a bit home made flavor. Price is just right. They also sell small novelties

Inexpensive basic texmex food.

I love the puffy Tacos, my new to come place to eat these. Very Fresh food ! When im around the area this is the place to come. It may be small but worth the stop

Please don't go here. I don't want trouble getting a seat at the restaurant with the best salsa in San Antonio.

I live down the street and man I love this place! I get tacos every once in a while, make sure you know some Spanish because not all the employees speak good English.

Food is good but needs a good cleaning. Smells like old building.

Salsa was great and the waiter was nice but the rest was mediocre at best. La fogata is still my go to for mexican food.

Very relaxed and friendly little place with food reminiscent of your mom's home cooking. Scratch made flour tortillas and fresh cantina style salsa are the keys to any Tex Mex lovers heart.

Excellent food and quick service,but the food is a little expensive

Food is good but ridiculously over priced. Ordered chicken enchiladas to go and got home and they were beef. Wanted a medium chips and salsa to go- $8.00 (5.99 for the salsa and $1.99 for chips) but if you eat there it’s free! Forgot it! Also Huevos Rancheros were almost 8 dollars. No bacon included. $8 for 2 eggs a handful of potatoes and a scoop of beans? There are many restaurants in this city the same quality of food with bigger portions and less money. Staff is always friendly but you get nickled and dimed here.

This is a fun place to eat because it is reminiscent of my great-grandma's house! The food is great comfort food ... I had refried beans and an egg and potato breakfast taco on a homemade corn tortilla. I liked it. My husband and my young adults enjoyed their meals ... They said the chips and salsa were really good.We all enjoyed the eclectic little shop. And, they had a bakery (we'll have to try next time ... The baked items looked really good). One of my daughters enjoys pralines, she tried one ... my daughter said they were really good; homemade!Good service. Kind people. We'll go back. 😀

Salsa was to die for. Very good food but a little less time in the microwave would be a lot better. Refried beans were dry. But the flavor of the enchiladas were very good.
